This has been a rough week in a period of ongoing rough weeks. Seems like everyone I have talked to is struggling right now. Life goes on as usual and yet seems infinitely different. Don’t know about you but to me, the usual routine feels abrasive and irritating. And much of what is happening “out there” is the stuff of nightmares.
We are truly in a Portal, not quite on either side and still experiencing the disorientation of both. The old age is done, complete, and the new one is dawning but unfamiliar and uncertain right now. We have become adept at staying in the Observer’s Perch, and of allowing all the myriad changes to simply just be. But that doesn’t mean any of it feels good; just that it all simply IS.
Do what you need to do to take care of yourselves and keep your light shining. Don’t be reluctant to ask for what you need. Reach out to others if you need help. And never, ever forget that we are all in this together.
May the nourishment of the earth be yours, May the clarity of light be yours,
May the fluency of the ocean be yours,
May the protection of the ancestors be yours.
And so may a slow Wind work these words Of love around you,
An invisible cloak
To mind your life.
