Today's Full Virgo Moon, which occurs at 10:53am EST, marks the completion and turning point of the last worm hole passage. We were delivered from the worm hole at the last new Moon, and everything that the eclipses manifested has been emerging and making itself known during the last two weeks. And a lot of other events have taken place during that time frame: Chiron moved into Aries, The Black Moon made her way into Pisces, as did the Sun... Mars left Aries and entered Taurus, and Mercury entered Pisces. That's a lot of shifting consciousness. And today's full Moon, marking the blossoming of all we've been through during the last 10 weeks, is conjunct the fixed Royal star Regulus. That in itself is packed with so much meaning.

There's a lot more going on today than these three aspects, but they are more than enough to talk about. Regulus is the harbinger of the Springtime, here in the northern hemisphere. He also represents the archangel Raphael, who is the twin ray of Mother Mary, who in turn is best represented by the sign of Virgo, the Virgin Mother. That alone makes this a sacred day.

Mother Mary is certainly one of the most divine feminine archetypes there is. I'm sure no one would argue with that. Now that the feminine is being remembered.... that is, being put back together, all the new feminine archetypes are merging in a certain way... they are becoming the various aspects of the ONE, and this communion of the Virgin Mother and Raphael today feels like a major celebration.

I talked about the Mercury Neptune conjunction that occurs first thing this morning in yesterday's blog. This is important, because it's a rare occasion when Mercury repeats an aspect with a planet he contacts BEFORE he slips into his retrograde shadow. Usually when an aspect is made before the shadow period begins, there is no revisitation later on. But this conjunction occurs about 8 hours before the shadow journey begins, and Neptune is right in the middle of his direct journey, so that by the time Mercury makes his way all the way back to his station on March 29, he will have come together with Neptune for the second time four days earlier.

In fact Mercury and Neptune will travel together (as Mercury is stationing) from March 25 - March 29, and then they will come together for a new cycle on April 2. That first week of April is another turning point. As Mercury completes this aspect with Neptune, Ceres comes to the Great Attractor degree, squares Venus, and then goes retrograde on April 9, one day before VENUS comes to a new cycle with Neptune. It seems there is plenty of enlightenment in our near future.

Mercury enters his retrograde shadow at 9:18am EST, at 16 Pisces 06. Everything that happens from 9:18am on will be revisited and altared during the next couple of months. Mercury will go retrograde on March 5 at 29 Pisces. We all know that degree REALLY well, we have all just cleared out the core of our beings courtesy of Chiron's transit here. (Chiron moved into Aries yesterday). When Mercury arrives at that degree on March 5, the clearing we have done will start to make sense. There will be KNOWING beginning to happen. But it won't be till Mercury comes back to 29 Pisces and completes this retrograde cycle that the True Knowing will manifest. That will happen on April 17.

The Black Moon is quiet today, and has only one aspect tomorrow, but it's a whopper. More about that then. In the meantime, here is Ellias Lonsdale's meditation for today's Mercury shadow ingress, reprinted with the author's permission from his book Star Sparks. We will revisit this meditation when Mercury stations direct... So hold it in your heart...

                "Coming from the sharp vantage point of being granted a guided tour through this world on a very free basis and not being able to take our eyes off the eye-popping  insistence of what we see, hear, feel, witness, and move through. We are so vigilant and alert, so stunned and delighted and crushed and pervasively moved by what we are exposed to.

                The possibility here looms large for tapping this point of reference for a much greater purpose. We can send on to greater cosmic beings the vibrant essence of our experience down below. Or we can be a portal for the collective to come to whole new ways of sensing what is going on here and why.

                Whatever we make of it, that which we directly sense and are intimately inside of is a magical child’s dream of what life in earth would be like if you retained your wide-eyed innocence and kept on being aware at the level you started out to be. We can camouflage this level of experience and submerge it far enough to guard it on the inside and keep it a secret. Or in the best of circumstances, we can stay with this original gift and be a rare voice for what is natural, what is primal, what is devoid of outer worldly overlays.

                The one great shadow here is that we must be friend, sister, brother, mother, father to ourselves to keep this enlarged way of being inwardly alive. If we should falter in our intimate alliance with ourselves, life becomes hollow, empty, without substance or meaning.

                We are intended inside this frequency to restore and retain original primal mind, so as to provide the earth’s picture when the human pattern no longer seems the only way to fathom life’s mysteries. We are granted such a golden chance to remember, to stay inside, and to champion deep priorities."

And of course, here is Ellias' meditation for today's Virgo Full Moon/Regulus new cycle:

Virgo 1:  A volcano erupting at night.

                "This Earth we have landed in is actively, no longer dominantly, coming forth with everything that has gathered within her throughout her sojourn as our landing sphere. What she spews out constantly is everything which we had missed in telling ourselves our own personal version of events and experiences. She gives us the collective read out, the whole story, the big picture.

                Earth asks us to come in new. She summons us unto her. And she signals to all cosmic forces that she is ready for the change.

                Yet the outer mind still busily plies it’s wares upon the surface of existence, day after day. It knows no other way to live. What happens on the inside at night is none of it’s concern.

                When we are faced with a split self in a split world, with both sides moving full throttle ahead, we are bracing for a collision. We don’t know when and where it will happen. But we are spooked by the mind-set that sooner or later we sill come up against the consequences of absence.

                We narrowly hold ourselves into this framework of expectation. And we would almost be disappointed if the Earth changes and the soul trials were held away too long, for we need to face ourselves, to come in here at a deeper level, and to discover what we belong to. The shadow path will do it every time.

                For we are wandering in the precincts of death, of darkness, of the hidden aspects of life. And we are most at home between the cracks. Ego-mind can do it’s thing as it wills. The focus here is upon that which everybody forgets. It is the only thing worth remembering."
